SHIPPING, RETURNS, EXCHANGES, DAMAGE
All vase orders are shipped through UPS ground unless expedited service is purchased. Insert orders are shipped through USPS Priority and the cost is on us.
We charge a flat rate of $17 or $22 (One, two vases) for ground shipping in the continental USA. Please contact us for orders being shipped to Hawaii or outside the US before you place your order.
For expedited service, you will see the different costs as you are placing your order. For orders of 3 or more vases using this service, we absorb a portion of the shipping cost which is reflected on the shipping cost posted when you place your order.
On orders of 3 or more vases without expedited service, we offer free ground shipping as long as the the order is shipped to one address only.
We will accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of original purchase, whether it was an in-person or website purchase as long as the product is in unused condition. Customer assumes all transportation/shipping costs.
If the original order was for 3 vases and was shipped for free, returning one vase will result in a disqualification for the free shipping discount, this will be reflected on the amount refunded.
A restocking fee of $5-15 will apply and will be determined by how many vases are returned.
Our damage policy was inspired by our own experience as consumers: The very first thing we do when purchasing a product is inspect it; If it is damaged, we report it to the vendor right away.
If your vase arrived damaged, you must save the original packing materials and box and contact UPS right away to initiate a claim (This is a UPS requirement), you may then contact us to report the damage, at the very latest 3 days after the delivery of the vase.
If you made a purchase at a show, you also have 3 days to report damage. If the vase has exchanged hands (Such as given as a gift or mailed), we do not assume responsibility for damage as we expect the customer to inspect the product before mailing or wrapping it. No exceptions.
Because we take special care inspecting each vase individually before packing and shipping them, we are not able to honor claims in which damage is not reported at the very latest 3 DAYS after purchase or delivery.
Iniciating a Claim
Please contact UPS to get a claim started. UPS will need to physically inspect the package and product in order to move forward with the claim.
