CLEANING VASE AND INSERT
METAL
Wipe metal with a microfiber cloth lightly damped with water.

NEVER SUBMERGE VASE IN WATER AND DO NOT CLEAN IN DISHWASHER.
REPLACEMENT INSERTS

ACRYLIC INSERT:
NOT Dishwasher safe. We strongly suggest hand-cleaning your insert as it will help it to keep a clear look. Rinse with warm water and soap right after use, then wrap a flat wooden stick (a ruler or paint-stirrer work great) with a soft microfiber cloth and spray a little bit of plexi-glass cleaner* inside the liner; Use the ruler to get the inside and outside of the liner clean using firm but gentle movements to prevent cracking the corners.
Many customers have suggested denture cleaners to remove residues from hard water or hard-to-remove stains. The newest recommendation for great cleaning results is Contact Lens Solution; Our customer Mary Selly Navarro shared that tip with us.
Additional instructions:
*Marine or motorcycle shops among others carry plexi-glass cleaners
*Using extremely thick branches, rocks, slices of fruit, stems or other items that have to be forced inside will not only warp your insert, but put too much pressure on the glass causing it to come apart from the metal.
